At Impact Taekwondo & Fitness, we make losing weight and getting fit fun. Classes are conducted to music and feature a full body workout. We train hard, but in a relaxed atmosphere.
Classes consist of various warm-ups that gradually increase in intensity to get the heart rate up without the risk of injury. The remainder of the class focuses on kicking and punching techniques against targets as well as sparring, poomse (patterns) and self-defence. No two classes are the same which keeps it interesting for the students.
It's easy to get started. Just turn up a few minutes before the class starts wearing loose, comfortable clothing to try a class. Don't forget your water bottle!
