Be Challenged - you will be pushed to physically and mentally challenge yourself in every session

Complete Fitness - Boot Camp will work every component of your fitness - cardio endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy

4 sessions a week - 2 mornings and 2 evenings

Variety - each session will be different, with varied exercises and multiple locations.

Measurable - physical assessments will be taken at the beginning and end to demonstrate your success
