During the holidays, only BOOT CAMP for Adults will run.

Class Description
Little Bears - Classes are tailored for 3 to 6 year olds, and provide an introduction to Taekwondo. The program is designed to help develop confidence, focus, memory, self control, as well as the physical - basic taekwondo movements, fitness, balance and co-ordination.
Junior TKD - Training covering all aspects of taekwondo targeting 7 to 14 year olds. All belt levels.
Senior TKD - Training covering all aspects of taekwondo targeting 15 year olds and over. All belt levels.
Sport TKD - A more advanced class for students wishing to learn sparring techniques. Includes contact sparring.
Boot Camp - Is a 4 week fitness program run 8 to 10 times a year. It is open to everyone over the age of 15. For more details, please click here.
