Timetable - Term 1, 2010
(Term 1, 2010 commences Monday 1st February)
Taekwondo classes (Junior and Senior) are run during school term time.
During the Summer break, only BOOT CAMP for Adults will run.
Note, the last day of classes for 2009 will be the 17th Dec. We will then be closed for regular classes until 1st February 2010.

Class Description
Taekwondo Play - Classes are tailored for 3 to 5 year olds, and provide an introduction to Taekwondo. The program is designed to help develop confidence, focus, memory, self control, as well as the physical - basic taekwondo movements, fitness, balance and co-ordination.
Technical TKD - Training covering all aspects of taekwondo with an emphasis on formal kicks, blocks, strikes, poomse (patterns) and self-defence required to proceed to the next. All belt levels.
General TKD - General taekwondo training, but at a higher intensity. Emphasis is on kicking and punching combinations using focus mitts, self-defence and fitness. All belt levels.
Sport TKD - A more advanced class for students wishing to learn sparring techniques. Includes contact sparring.
Boot Camp - Is a 4 week fitness program run 8 to 10 times a year. It is open to everyone. For more details, please click here.
