Train up to 4 times a week with a wide variety of kicks, blocks and punches
together with some fun cardio and stretching exercises, you’ll never get
bored because we never do the same routines over and over. As with our
Boot Camp fitness programs, we always
make sure our Taekwondo classes are varied and interesting.
Also as part of our Taekwondo classes, you will discover self defence,
poomse (patterns), and sparring techniques (full contact sparring is not
compulsory) and all the while you will be increasing your flexibility,
balance and control. Gradually, with commitment and consistent training,
you will improve your skills, knowledge and fitness and be well on your
way to becoming a highly regarded Black Belt.
